At Black Widow Imaging, our mission is to maximize the operational efficiencies of our clients by providing the most innovative and cost-effective imaging technology, which builds on our vision to become the STANDARD for vehicle imaging. None of that matters though, if we don’t have the right team. One balanced with experience and expertise and curiosity and innovation. We have certainly found that in our leadership team.
Darren Kemper
Darren has over 20 years of experience working at both large and small organizations leading engineering, software development, operational and organizational projects and programs. Most recently, Darren worked as ADESA’s Director of Business Analytics where he worked alongside the ADESA leadership team to develop business management data driven tools to provide insights into the organization’s health. In addition, Darren led several ADESA transformational projects and programs to help drive the organization’s digital first initiative.
Chris Dillow
Chris Dillow began his career in 1990 designing hardware and software for ADS/Mobile Security, which developed and brought to market one of the first automotive GPS-based tracking and alarm systems. His automotive technology career began as IT manager for AutoVIN, a field and auction inspection company where he rose to the position of chief technology officer. He then worked for several business units at KAR Global and then moving on to be CTO for ADESA where he was instrumental in bringing ADESA’s inventory to the cloud. Now as he heads Black Widow’s technology team, he will ensure its information systems continue to scale with the company’s rapid growth in the automotive remarketing space.
Rez Mahboubi
Rez is a Corporate Development, M&A, Private Equity, and Structured Finance executive with over 25 years of global experience applying his expertise to add significant value to companies across a wide spectrum of industries and development stages.
As an experienced CFO, he has successfully created and developed Finance & Accounting teams as well as successfully implemented ERP/Accounting systems. As a finance leader, he has also developed and implemented insightful FP&A processes for a number of early-stage companies. In addition to financial management, he also possesses hands-on experience leading deal teams in structuring and executing M&A and Private Equity transactions, having successfully participated in a number of private and public transactions with a combined value of $5+ billion across 100+ closed deals. He has worked at a number of leading global financial institutions such as: GE Capital, JP Morgan, BNP Paribas, and Barclays Bank in the US, Europe and Asia, as well as at Cox Enterprises, a top-10 largest privately-owned company in the US.
Hannah Noel
With a decade of experience in the automotive industry, Hannah Noelle has built a strong foundation in sales, auctions, and vehicle valuations—giving her a strategic edge in understanding market trends and dealer needs. Now, as part of the Black Widow Imaging team, she’s excited to bring her expertise to help dealerships and automotive businesses streamline their vehicle imaging process. With a passion for innovation and a keen eye for industry challenges, Hannah is dedicated to helping clients enhance their digital retail presence with Black Widow’s cutting-edge technology.
Roberto Hernandez
Roberto began his sales career in the US in the hotel and restaurant industry working for the Brinker International chain that included brands like Romano’s, Macaroni Grill, On The Boarder, and Chili’s. He saw an opportunity to return to his country of origin, Mexico, and moved to broaden his career in the hotel industry. There he worked for Tafer Resorts chain and achieved top sales numbers. After 15 years in the hotel and restaurant industry, he moved into the automotive field and worked various sales roles over the last 6 years. Roberto brings his passion for sales, high energy, and proven positive track record with him to help expand Black Widow Imaging in Latin America.
MIKE KEARNEY
With over 20 years in the automotive industry, Mike Kearney has firsthand experience with the challenges dealerships and auctions face when it comes to vehicle imaging. His career began in 2004 at a St. Louis-based detail shop, where he quickly moved up to managing three locations, overseeing reconditioning and vehicle photography for more than 15 dealerships. This hands-on experience gave him a deep understanding of the inefficiencies and pain points in traditional imaging processes.
In 2017, Mike joined Black Widow Imaging as an Onboarding Specialist, later transitioning into an installation role. Now, as Director of Field Operations, he ensures every installation runs smoothly, helping clients seamlessly integrate Black Widow’s cutting-edge technology into their workflows. His deep industry knowledge and problem-solving mindset drive his commitment to providing the best possible experience for every Black Widow customer, from setup to full-scale operation.
GABRIELA TURNER
Gabriela Turner is the Director of Product at Black Widow Imaging, where she leads the development and strategy of the company’s cutting-edge imaging solutions. With over a decade of experience, she started her career in the oil and gas industry before transitioning into tech. Gabriela joined Black Widow Imaging in customer support, where she gained invaluable firsthand insight into customer needs and product functionality. Her deep understanding of both technology and user experience propelled her into product management and, ultimately, her current leadership role. Today, she’s dedicated to driving innovation and ensuring Black Widow’s solutions continue to transform vehicle imaging for the industry.
